Window, Door & Shingle Replacement – Amethyst Apartments, 1205 Heenan Place, Kenora, ON

Kenora District Services Board invites tenders for the replacement of the exterior windows, doors & shingles at Amethyst Apartments located at 1205 Heenan Place in Kenora, ON. This contract will be awarded as a whole and is to be completed prior to October 1, 2022 and contractors must state on the submission form, where indicated, whether this date can be met.

A recommended site visit is scheduled for Friday March 25, 2022, at 10:00AM for interested Contractors.  

All relevant documents for this tender can be found at the Bids and Tenders website located at www.bidsandtenders.com.  Where you will find a tender package including the tender submission forms (Bid Submission, Schedule of Items and Prices, and List of Sub-Contractors) which we ask you to complete and submit as instructed on the site.

In order to be considered, all relevant documents must be submitted with the tender form indicated not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday April 7, 2022.

All questions pertaining to this project shall be in writing to the Owner via the bidsandtenders website.
