The scope of work will include the replacement of the asphalt roadway, driveways and parking areas. As well as the replacement of all existing concrete sidewalks, patio blocks, and/or paving stone patios. All timber retaining walls and fencing to be replaced as outlined in the project drawings. Removal and disposal of all exterior sheds, including the concrete floor slab. Disturbed soft surfaces such as grass areas shall be restored after work is complete. |
