The Kenora District Services Board (“KDSB”) is inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of an integrated Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”) and Payroll Software. The KDSB seeks a modern, cloud-based platform that will improve operational efficiency, enhance employee experience, strengthen reporting capabilities, support compliance, and provide a scalable foundation to support future organizational needs. The successful proponent will provide a comprehensive solution that supports core human resources administration, payroll administration, employee and manager self-service, reporting, analytics, and other related functionality as described throughout this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). |
