Description:	Kenora District Services Board (KDSB) is the owner of the vacant lands legally described as Part of PIN 42173-0138, Parcel 27808, Lot 38 and 39 Plan M341, unofficially referred to as 35 Drewry Drive in Kenora, ON. KDSB has partnered with Anishinaabe Abinoojii Family Services (AAFS) (the Owner) to develop a new Group Home to support Indigenous youth in the community. Prior to the project commencing, KDSB shall transfer ownership of the lands to AAFS. AAFS has engaged Nelson Architecture (the Consultant) to provide design and contract administration services for the project. AAFS is seeking to engage a Contractor with a proven track record to act as the Construction Manager, who shall work collaboratively on the design and be responsible for the construction of the new facility. Any contract(s) resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall include construction manager services and construction services as outlined in this RFP, including a wide range of sub-trades, materials, labour, equipment, transportation, accommodations, permitting, and other work required for the turn-key development.
