The project will involve work at our Seniors Apartment Buildings located in Machin and Eagle River.  The scope of work will include;

- Installation of new suspended ceiling located in corridor.
- Installation of luminaires and fixtures in corridors, stairwells, and common areas.
- Installation of water supply lines and recirculation lines in the hallways.
- Installation of insulation for new water supply lines and recirculation lines
- Installation of insulation for existing water supply lines and recirculation lines in mechanical rooms.

- Installation of insulation blanket on domestic hot water tanks.
- Installation of outdoor receptacles at parking areas.
